Scientific Advisory Committee

The V Foundation’s Scientific Advisory Committee is responsible for reviewing grant applications and recommending awards. It is comprised of some of the nation’s leading physicians and research scientists from prominent universities and cancer centers.

The Committee does not take this responsibility lightly. They ensure proposals meet the highest standards of scientific merit and that funding is properly allocated to grant recipients. The Committee is dedicated to the mission of the V Foundation, and it believes supporting and investing in young investigators and breakthrough research is one of the strongest ways to achieve victory over cancer.
