Four Ways to Remember The V Foundation in Your Will

Specific dollar amount or securities or property:

"I give, devise and bequeath to The V Foundation for Cancer Research, a non-profit organization located at 106 Towerview Court, Cary, North Carolina 27513, the sum of $________ or (name the securities/property) to be used or disposed of as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors or its specified agents."

Percentage bequest:

"I give, devise and bequeath to The V Foundation for Cancer Research, a non-profit organization located at 106 Towerview Court, Cary, North Carolina 27513,  ________percentage of the value of my estate, including cash, and securities to be used or disposed of as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors or its specified agents."

Residual bequest:

"I give, devise and bequeath to The V Foundation for Cancer Research, a non-profit organization located at 106 Towerview Court, Cary, North Carolina 27513, all (or a ________percentage) of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and personal property of whatever kind and wherever situated, to be used or disposed of as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors or its specified agents."

Contingent bequest:

"If any of the above-named beneficiaries should predecease me or renounce his or her gift under the terms of this Will, I hereby bequeath his/her share of my estate to The V Foundation for Cancer Research, a non-profit organization located at 106 Towerview Court, Cary, North Carolina 27513, to be used or disposed of as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors or its specified agents."
