THE V FOUNDATION RATES FOUR STARS!
The V Foundation for Cancer Research is in the top three percent of all charities based on its sustained fiscal management, according to Charity Navigator, America’s premier evaluator of charities. The V Foundation has received a top 4-star rating from Charity Navigator for the fifth consecutive period, demonstrating that it has consistently outperformed most of its peers in the area of fiscal responsibility.
“We are proud to announce The V Foundation has earned our fifth consecutive 4-star rating for its ability to efficiently manage and grow its finances,” said Trent Stamp, president of Charity Navigator. “Only three percent of the charities we’ve rated have received at least five consecutive 4-star evaluations, indicating that The V Foundation outperforms most charities in America in its efforts to operate in the most fiscally responsible way possible.
This ‘exceptional’ designation from Charity Navigator differentiates The V Foundation from its peers and demonstrates to the public it is worthy of their trust.”
“Obviously we are pleased that Charity Navigator has awarded us a top 4-star rating,” said Nick Valvano, CEO of The V Foundation. “We work very hard to ensure that the funds raised are used for the purpose for which they are donated. We want donors to know where their money is going and we are proud to be able to award 100 percent of every direct donation to cancer research.”
