R.C. “Bucky” Waters is the retired Vice Chancellor for Special Projects at Duke University Medical Center as well as the Voice of College Basketball for Madison Square Garden Network. A former collegiate basketball player and coach, he currently works with the Jefferson/Raycom Atlantic Coast Conference Television Network, Prime Television Networ, NBC and ESPN-R. In addition to serving on The V Foundation Board of Directors, Waters is also a board member for Royall Enterprises, Inc., and A&J Sports.
