Michael C. Mac Donald Corporate Senior Vice President, Operational Effectiveness Xerox Corporation
Michael C. Mac Donald is president of marketing operations for Xerox Corporation. He previously served as president of the North American Solutions Group (NASG).
Mac Donald joined Xerox in 1977 and has held various sales and marketing positions including district manager of sales, Princeton (N.J.); manager, national sales operations; vice president and national sales manager of supplies marketing and sales; vice president, Northeast area; vice president, marketing, United States Customer Operations; vice president Office Document Products business division unit; group vice president Eastern customer business units; senior vice president and general manager, Eastern customer operations; and senior vice president operations support and chief of staff for United States Customer Operations; and president, North American General Markets Operations. He was named senior vice president, marketing, and chief of staff for the Xerox Corporation's North American Solutions Group (NASG), where he was responsible for the enterprise-wide marketing organization that provided leadership, direction and sales support to Xerox' North American geographic and industry field operations, before taking over his current position.
Mac Donald is a member of the Xerox Senior Management Operations and Audit Committee and is the senior management Women's Champion for Xerox Corporation.
Mac Donald earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science from Rutgers University in 1975 and attended the John C. Hagen Graduate School of Business at Iona College in 1976-77. He completed the Columbia University Executive Program in business administration in 1992 and the Advanced Management Program and the International Senior Management Program, Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration in 1998.
From 1977 through 1989, Mac Donald received the Xerox President’s Club award for sales excellence. In 1997, he received a senior management award for Profitable Revenue Growth in United States Customer Operations. |
